Welcome to Travelish.com ("Travelish," "we," "our," or "us"). Travelish is an AI travel agent and travel search platform that helps you plan a trip, search and compare flights, hotels and cars, and continue to a booking provider. By using our website, mobile application, or related services (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and User Accounts
Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Platform.
Account Registration – To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
Authentication – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at support@travelish.com.
Account Termination – We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
2. Privacy, Location Data & GDPR Compliance
Personal Data – We collect, store, and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Location Data – On the website, we derive your approximate location from your IP address to set your market and currency. In the mobile app, we may ask for access to your device's location to suggest a nearby departure city. You may disable location access at any time in your device settings, but some features may not function properly.
GDPR for EU Users – If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:
- Right to access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Right to object to processing or withdraw consent
- Right to data portability

Data Retention – We retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy, for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Usage – We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the Platform performs.
Cookie Management – You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.
4. Pricing and Payment
Free to Use – Travelish is free to use. Travelish does not add a booking fee and does not take payment.
Booking Payment – When you choose an option, you continue to the airline, travel agency, hotel or car-rental provider. That provider confirms the final price, optional extras and booking conditions, takes payment and manages the booking. See our Pricing page for details.
5. Flight, Hotel & Car Bookings
Third-Party Providers – When booking flights, hotels, cars, or other travel services found via the Platform, you leave the Platform and contract directly with the third-party provider or partner, not Travelish.
Affiliate Relationships – We may receive commissions from bookings made via affiliate links. This does not affect the price you pay.
Cancellations & Refunds – Cancellations, refunds, and modifications are subject to the terms of the third-party provider. Travelish is not responsible for their policies.
Availability & Pricing – We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of any travel services offered by third parties.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
- Not submit or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
- Respect the rights and privacy of others.
- Not use the Platform to engage in fraud, spam, or abusive behavior.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Informational Use – AI-generated answers and recommendations are produced based on available data and your preferences. They may contain inaccuracies and should be verified before booking.
No Guarantee – We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific needs.
User Verification – You are responsible for independently verifying travel details before making bookings or decisions.
8. Your Content
Your Content – You retain ownership of the messages, feedback and other content you submit to the Platform. You grant Travelish a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, process and display that content in order to provide and improve the Platform.
Removal – You may delete your conversations or your account at any time, but copies may remain in backup systems for a limited period.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Travelish IP – All trademarks, logos, software, and content on the Platform (excluding user content) are the property of Travelish or its licensors.
Restrictions – You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Travelish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from third-party bookings or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travelish, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governing Law – These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
Informal Resolution – Before filing a formal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@travelish.com.
Arbitration – Disputes not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial.
Class Action Waiver – You agree to resolve disputes only in your individual capacity and not as part of a class action.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
