Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Platform.

Account Registration – To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

Authentication – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at support@travelish.com.

Account Termination – We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Personal Data – We collect, store, and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Location Data – To provide personalized itineraries, we may request access to your device's location services. You may disable location access at any time in your device settings, but some features may not function properly.

GDPR for EU Users – If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

• Right to access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Right to object to processing or withdraw consent
• Right to data portability

Data Retention – We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Usage – We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze traffic, and deliver relevant content.

Cookie Management – You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings or through our Cookie Settings page. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.

Plans – We offer free and paid subscription plans. Details, pricing, and features are available on our Pricing page.

Billing – Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods – We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform.

Renewals & Cancellations – Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by law.

Price Changes – We may change subscription fees with at least 30 days' prior notice.

Third-Party Providers – When booking hotels, flights, or other travel services via the Platform, you are contracting directly with third-party providers or partners, not Travelish.

Affiliate Relationships – We may receive commissions from bookings made via affiliate links. This does not affect the price you pay.

Cancellations & Refunds – Cancellations, refunds, and modifications are subject to the terms of the third-party provider. Travelish is not responsible for their policies.

Availability & Pricing – We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of any travel services offered by third parties.

Informational Use – AI-curated itineraries and recommendations are generated based on available data and your preferences. They may contain inaccuracies and should be verified before booking.

No Guarantee – We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific needs.

User Verification – You are responsible for independently verifying travel details before making bookings or decisions.

Your Content – You retain ownership of itineraries, reviews, and other content you create. By posting or sharing content on the Platform, you grant Travelish a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote it in connection with the Platform.

Public Sharing – If you choose to share your itineraries publicly, they may be visible to and used by other users.

Removal – You may delete your content at any time, but copies may remain in backup systems for a limited period.

Travelish IP – All trademarks, logos, software, and content on the Platform (excluding user content) are the property of Travelish or its licensors.

Restrictions – You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Governing Law – These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.

Informal Resolution – Before filing a formal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@travelish.com.

Arbitration – Disputes not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial.

Class Action Waiver – You agree to resolve disputes only in your individual capacity and not as part of a class action.
